Textile ,photosynthesis ,microorganism ,waste ,dyes ,

India has been well known for its textile goods since ancient timer. The traditional textile industry of india was virtually decayed during the colonial period. The textile industry is one of the major source, which generate a high volume of waste water. colour of the textile waste water is the most serious problems of the textile waste effluent. The disposal of these water into ground water causes damage to the environment. Dyes may affect photosynthetically activity in aquatic habitat because of reduced light penetration and may also be toxic to some aquatic life due to the presence of aromatics, metals, chlorides and other toxic compounds. Some of the microorganism such as bacteria, fungi, algae and yeast are used for the removal of textile dyes.
